Hourly rates are charged if the client extends booking time. If a client uses 1 hour 20 minutes, the client fee will be calculated as 2 hours.

The client’s time starts counting from the hour booked; that is, if a client’s booking is from 9am–11am, the time starts counting from 9am. We do not consider verbal appointments as valid bookings.

Booking fee: 50%
Lateness fee: 10%
Cancellations fee: 25%
We do not offer refunds, but you can reschedule or swap.
