POLICY AND REMINDERS:
EXTRA OUTFIT COST: N50,000
While the makeup session is going on,other members of the team are required to remain in the makeup room as loitering or sitting the studio area implies that clients shooting time has started
Clients must be packed and ready to leave the studio at the end of their booking, as studio will need to returned to its original state and prepped for the next client
Clients are only permitted to arrive at the studio 20 minutes before the booking time and not earlier
Hourly rates are charged if client extend booking time, example if a client uses 1hr 20 minutes the client fee will be calculated as 2hours
Clients booking does not cover
photography/videography equipment
Client are advised to take care of their belongings when leaving the studio, as we will not be responsible for loss or damage items left at the studio.
Any damage done on furniture/props equipments at the studio will require a reimbursement of the cost of the item before client leaves the studio
The clients time starts counting from the hour booked, that is if a client booking is from 9am -1lam, the time starts counting from 9am.
We do not consider verbal appointment as valid booking, booking fee is 50%, lateness fee is 10%, cancellations fee is 25%.
we do not offer refund but you can reschedule or swap
If you are bringing your makeup artist please note you will be charged N5000 per hour but if you choose to use our in house makeup artist there will be no fee charged for the makeup space.
