No refunds (rescheduling or swaps considered cancellations)
Cancellation fee: 100% of Booking fee
Lateness fee: 10% of final fee
Booking fee: 35% of total (non-refundable)
Booking before opening or after close of work attracts extra N5000.
For all services the rest of the payment has to be done immediately after or before the services has been rendered, that's before one leaves the client place payment must be confirmed.
Arriving late (20 - 30 minutes) or delaying us when we arrive will disrupt our schedule and cut into someone else's appointment time and this will result to additional charges of N5000, and subsequently charged same per hour.
