No refunds (rescheduling or swaps considered cancellations)
Cancellation fee: 35% of Booking fee
Lateness fee: N5000
Booking fee: 35% of total (non-refundable)
Booking before opening or after close of work attracts extra N5000.

* For home service An extra fee of N20,000 is charged for bookings outside our working hours (9am-6pm)
For studio make up an extra N10,000 is charged for bookings outside our working hours ( 9AM-10PM)
For all services the rest of the payment has to be done immediately after or before the services has been rendered, that's before one leaves the client place payment must be confirmed.
Arriving late (20 - 30 minutes) or delaying us when we arrive will disrupt our schedule and cut into someone else's appointment time and this will result to additional charges of N5000, and subsequently charged same per hour.
