Policy: Payment should be completed two days before the event. If not, full payment will be requested upon arrival before services commence.

Terms & Conditions: Bookings are only confirmed after payment. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before the booked time, otherwise the session will be forfeited. Time starts counting from the booked slot whether you arrive late or not. Any extra time used beyond your booking will attract additional charges.
